The Mortgage Loan Department was developed by The Foothills Bank in the summer of 2001.
The goal of the Mortgage Loan Department is to provide a "full service" operation not only to the customers of The Foothills Bank but the Yuma community at large.
The department offers Conventional and Government Mortgage Loans to assist with offerings to suit most home loan needs. Customers will find the department friendly, knowledgeable and interested in servicing the public's needs in home loan financing.
The staff and bank look forward to the Mortgage Loan Department growing and becoming one of the "anchors" of The Foothills Bank in servicing the people of Yuma County.
